At First Love we strive for quick shipping. We aim to ship our products within 5-10 business days once an order is placed, however we try to ship our products prior to this.

We aim to keep our shipping prices as affordable as possible. Our shipping costs vary. Our scrunchies, headbands and wide tooth combs shipping cost is a flat rate of $3. Our other products (claw clips and tote bags) have a flat rate of $8.

With every order you will get two emails; 1. Once you’ve placed your order and 2. When your product is out for delivery. The second email will have your tracking number (unless your order was shipped via lettermail). 

We ship worldwide. We are international baby.

We have a variety of shipping options: lettermail ($3), tracked shipping ($8), express (varies based on your location).

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you have a faulty product within 3 months of purchase, please contact us with your order number at hi@shopfirstlove.ca and we will work together to figure it out. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to your request. 

When working with silk, it is important to treat them with care. The best way to clean your scrunchies is to hand wash them in a bowl with warm water and detergent or shampoo. Once your scrunchie has been washed, leave it out to dry away from the sun.
